ORDER : This Criminal Original Petition petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.S.HAROON RASHEED, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side)on behalf of the 1st Respondent and of MR.S.MALAIKANI, Advocate for the 3rd Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Original Petition is filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted in favour of the respondents 2 to 4/accused 1 to 3 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram, in Cr.M.P.No.2432 of 2023 dated 19.06.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that during the pendency of this petition, the first respondent Police completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet.
