ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 417, 420, 465, 468 and 471 I.P.C, in Crime No. 229 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner worked as Manager in K.G.Multi Speciality Hospital, Thanjavur. He misused the letter pad, seal and issued the letter dated 09.01.2024. Since the petitioner is not an authorised person to issue the said letter, the defacto complainant has lodged the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of allegations as against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
