PRITHVIRAJ.P.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.RMS.SETHURAMAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14521 of 2021, dated 05.10.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 09.10.2021 till today, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police. He would further submit that the case was taken on file as Spl.S.C.No.48 of 2021 on the file of Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, 2012.

4. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and there is no adverse remarks as against this petitioner, the condition is fully relaxed.
