This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to initiate action against the respondents 5 to 8 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2014 and protect the petitioner's running of cable business as per the licence granted by the competent authority without any interference.

2.In view of the subsequent development in the said industry, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
