ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings dated 15.05.2018 on the file of the third respondent and consequently direct all the respondents, in particular, 8th, 23rd and 24th respondents not to interfere and not to disturb petitioner's peaceful enjoyment of the Mandagapadi being conducted every year on the 8th day meant for KANNAKA PILLAI Mandagapadi being conducted at Arulmigu Pattatarasi Amman Alayam at Zamin Kalingapatti Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District falling on 27.05.2018 till reaching the finality of the above said HR & CE proceedings in O.A.Nos.14 and 17 of 2016 on the file of the Joint Commissioner, HR & CE, Trichy.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 7 submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
