ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents No.1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2014.

2. Heard Mr.A.Feroz Khan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Sivanu Pandian, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents No. 1 to 3.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, the writ petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the third respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the third respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks thereafter.

4. With the above said directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
