ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records and quash the FIR registered in Crime No. 307 of 2021 dated 11.11.2021, as against the petitioner herein, on the file of the 1st respondent police.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.327 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
