O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.20 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 448, 427, 294(b), 323, 324, 355, 342, 336, 354, 379, 307 of IPC, 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of the Schedule Caste and the Schedule Tribes (POA) Amendment Act 2015.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and final report was filed through E-filing before the concerned Court on 20.07.2022 and it has not been taken on file so far. 3.Since final report was filed, this petition has become infructuous. Liberty is open to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy before the concerned Court, if they are still aggrieved by the Final Report. There shall be a direction to the concerned Judicial Magistrate to process the final report as per rule.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
