2.The revision petitioners have filed O.S.No.1488 of 2022 on the file of III Additional Sub Court, Madurai seeking permanent injunction and mandatory injunction.

3.The work load on the file of the Sub Courts, Madurai have been furnished. Taking into account the over all facts and circumstances, I direct the learned III Additional Sub Judge, Madurai to dispose of O.S.No.1488 of 2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
