2. Since the Writ Petition is pending from the year 2014, this Court proceeds with the available materials.

3. This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of the second respondent in granting patta in favour of the third respondent.

4. As against the order of the Tahsildar, the petitioner is having an appeal remedy before the Revenue Divisional Officer under Patta Passbook Act, 1983. Further, if the petitioner is having any grievance or if there is any rival claim on the right of the petitioner, the remedy for the petitioner is before the competent civil court. The petitioner can establish his right before the civil court.

5. Accordingly this Writ Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is 2/4

at liberty to approach the civil court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
