Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.(MD)No. 15860 of 2021, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate that in view of the order passed in W.P. (MD). No. 15860 of 2021, dated 21.09.2021, the fifth respondent had resubmitted his explanation before the fourth respondent and after considering the same on merits, the fourth respondent has rejected the said proposal on 19.01.2022.

3.Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs. However, the petitioner is given at liberty to challenge the said order, in the manner known to law.
