ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.163 of 2017 within a time frame. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed H.M.O.P. and the same is pending. Further, referring to the Judicial Notification No.C-5 CAS/2007, Tamil Nadu (Case Flow Management in Subordinate Courts) Rules, 2007, the learned counsel contended that H.M.O.P. would be disposed of within a period of one year. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the present Civil Revision petition for issuance of a direction to the Court below for the disposal of H.M.O.P. at the earliest point of time.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and in view of the Judicial Notification and also the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the H.M.O.P. would be disposed of within a period of 12 months from the date of filing. C.R.P.(MD)No.1724 of 2019 below to dispose of the H.M.O.P. within a time frame. 4.Accordingly, the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli is hereby directed to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.163 of 2017 within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
