.. Contemnor/Respondent Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents/contemnors for willfully disobeying the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.11720 of 2014 dated 13.12.2018.

Prayer in WP(MD). 11720/ 2014 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned award passed in I.D.No.18 of 2011 dated 30.5.2012, quash the same in so far as denying back wages, attendant benefits and continuity of service to the petitioner for the period from the year 2004 to 15.2.2011 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent Transport Corporation to pay his back wages, attendant benefits and also to confer the cotinuity of service for the period from the year 2004 to 16/2/2011 and to fix his salary on par with his colleague from the date of his reinstatement with all consequential benefits. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the contemnor/respondent would submit that as against the order in question, the Transport Corporation preferred a writ appeal in W.A. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Contempt Petition(MD).No.1411 of 2019 (MD).No.159 of 2020 before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and this Court has granted interim stay on 01.12.2020 and he also produced a copy of the interim order, dated 01.12.2020. In view of the same, this contempt petition is closed.
