This Writ Petition has been filed, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 and 4 and their subordinates for their illegal disconnection of the petitioner's service connection number vide KE 248 to the residence of the petitioner situated at EE / PWD Quarters (Old Building), Near Collector's Bungalow, Konam, Nagercoil and restore the electricity connection to his residence.
