2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.429 of 2021, the first respondent has filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, as further action dropped.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
