ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Driver of the respondent Department seeking a Mandamus to revoke the order of suspension, dated 05.05.2025.

2. The petitioner has been placed under suspension for being involved in a fatal accident. For unauthorisedly taking a vehicle, a charge memo has been issued to him and the petitioner has also submitted his explanation. The petitioner has submitted his representation to the respondents on 15.07.2025 seeking revocation of the suspension order and the same has also been acknowledged.

3. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.07.2025 and pass orders within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
