Respondents (5th respondent is suo motu impleaded vide order dated 10.11.2021 in W.P.(MD)No.20170 of 2021 by GRSJ) Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take action against the respondent No.4 and recover the money of Rs.2,00,000/- which I have paid as a recurring deposit amount to the respondent No.4 by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 22.09.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondents. 2.The petitioner is said to have remitted a sum of Rs.90,000/- with the fourth respondent herein. The fourth respondent is said to have assured the petitioner that the deposit amount will earn returns @ 25% interest per annum. The grievance of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent has failed to honour the commitment. Prima facie, it is the fifth respondent, who may have to investigate the matter. The petitioner has been knocking the doors of the respondents 1 to 3. In the interest of justice, the petitioner is permitted to move the fifth respondent with a written complaint together with supporting materials. The impleaded fifth respondent is directed to register an FIR based on the petitioner's complaint and take action as per law. It is also stated by the petitioner's counsel that there are a number of victims like the petitioner herein. The fifth respondent will take note of the said submission and act accordingly.
3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
