O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners basing on a complaint given by the respondent No.3. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the respondent No.3 has borrowed money from the petitioners and when the petitioners have demanded the respondent No.3 to pay the money back, the respondent No.3 has filed a false complaint before the police that the petitioners have committed theft of his two wheeler, basing on which the police without registering any case have been harassing the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the other hand submits that the respondent No.

3 has filed a complaint that his vehicle was committed theft by the petitioners and the said complaint was registered as CSR.No.892 of 2023 and an enquiry is being initiated. It is submitted further that when the petitioners were directed to appear for enquiry, without appearing before the police and without cooperating for the enquiry, they have filed this petition.

4.Considering the circumstances, this Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police for enquiry, on which the respondent police are directed to complete the enquiry in respect of CSR.No. 892 of 2023 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by following due process of law.
