ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to issue maintenance certificate for the property of mentally retarded sister in law of the petitioner, who is maintaining her and her property from the year 2019.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
