Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner alleges that the respondent has breached the direction given by this Court vide Order dated 04.06.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6989 of 2021. The said criminal original petition was filed by the accused in Crime No.10 of 2021 registered on the file of the District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar District. The learned Judge who heard the said petition gave a disposal by calling upon the police to follow the procedure set out in Section 41A of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
