(Crime No.58/2019) PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry and complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No. 58 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent within the stipulated time as fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry and complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No. 58 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after registering the First Information Report, the second respondent police did not take any steps to file final report before the concerned court and it is pending.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that investigation is under progress and they will find the final report soon after the completion of the investigation before the concerned Court.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13773 of 2019 4.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court directs the second respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.58 of 2019 pending on his file and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
