ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Additional District Court, Pudukkottai to dispose of the original suit in O.S.No.25 of 2011 within a time frame. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners would submit that intiailly, the suit in O.S.No.41 of 2010 has been filed for partition before the Principal District Court, Pudukkottai and the same was subsequently, transferred to the Additional District Court, Pudukkottai and renumbered as O.S.No.25 of 2011. He further submitted that the suit has been filed during the year 2010 and the same is pending for the past 9 years. Now the case is posted for examination of defendants' side witnesses. Further, referring to the Judicial Notification No.C-5 CAS/2007, Tamil Nadu (Case Flow Management in Subordinate Courts) Rules, 2007, the learned counsel contended that O.S.No.25 of 2011 would be disposed of within a period of 2 years from the date of filing the suit. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P.(MD)No.1707 of 2019 Hence, the petitioners are before this Court with the present Civil Revision petition for issuance of a direction to the Court below for the disposal of the suit at the earliest point of time. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and in view of the Judicial Notification and also the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit within a time frame.

4.Accordingly, the Additional District Court, Pudukkottai is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.25 of 2011 within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
