As against the order of the respondent, rejecting the petitioner's application, dated 24.06.2014, for renewal of his Hollow Brick Unit, namely Ashwin Hallow Bricks in the New Survey No. 60/5 Villukuri Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District, this writ petition is filed.

2.Today (28.03.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that at present he is not running the Hollow Brick Unit and he is not inclined to persuade the renewal and this writ petition may be closed.
