ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to cancel the patta given to the fourth respondent based on the petitioner's representations dated 03.07.2014 and 06.11.2014.

2. Heard Mr.T.M.Madasamy, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the writ petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the third respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent shall consider the representation of the 2/4

petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks thereafter, after affording an opportunity to the writ petitioner and the fourth respondent.

4. With the above said directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
