police for the offences punishable under Sections Non-Act-Girl Missing @ 366 IPC and 5(1) r/w. 6 of POCSO Act, in Cr.No.248 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner was absent for the hearing on 13/8/2024 and as such, NBW is issued. Therefore, the petitioner has to file a recall petition before the trial court and the same can be considered on the same day.
