This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the second respondent in Letter No.102677/825/ep.fp/G.4/f/2013-12, dated 26.11.2014 and quash the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.20244 of 2014 and consequently direct the first respondent to take a final decision, on the basis of the report of the third respondent Committee constituted vide (Per) CMD TANGEDCO Proceedings No.38, dated 01.04.2014.

2. Mr.D.Deepak Arasu, learned counsel representing on behalf of Mr.H.Arumugam, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the seniority list prepared by the respondents is illegal, irrelevance, unreasonable, arbitrary and therefore, this writ petition is filed. He further submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the seniority list had been revised and the name of the petitioner is included in the seniority list. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he prays for dismissal of this writ petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
