This petition has filed by the petitioner direct the respondent police to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members based on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that no complaint was received by the second respondent.

3. Since the respondent denied the receipt of complaint, still the petitioner has any grievance he is at liberty to approach the second respondent by way of fresh complaint. If any such complaint received by the second respondent, the second respondent is directed to take appropriate action on the complaint in accordance with law.
