ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 36 of 2017 and file charge sheet in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after registering the First Information Report, the second respondent police did not take any steps to file final report before the concerned court and it is pending from the year 2017 without any progress.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that investigation is under progress and they will find the final report soon after the completion of the investigation before the concerned Court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.36 of 2017 pending on his file and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
