J U D G M E N T
(Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard both sides.
2. The learned single Judge had granted relief to the writ petitioner on the strength of the civil Court's decree dated 20.01.1995 made in O.S.No.526 of 1988 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sivagangai. It is also admitted that the first appeal was filed by the State after a lapse of several years and the first appeal was also dismissed. All these facts have been captured in the order of the learned single Judge. The learned single Judge has only directed the authorities to act in consonance with the civil Court's decree.
3. No exception can be taken to the said approach. This writ appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
