ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent not to harass the 1/4

petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the complaint foisted by the third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, CSR.No.323 of 2024 came to be registered and since the issue involved is with regard to the custody of minor children, the matter was referred to Child Welfare Committee and the same is pending before Child Welfare Committee.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The Child Welfare Committee is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as to the private respondent and to proceed with the enquiry in the manner known to law.
