When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner in the writ petition is no more and he has no means to contact the legal heirs of the deceased so as to prosecute the matter further. Therefore, he further stated that this writ petition may be dismissed for non prosecution.
