ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 03.05.2019 and take necessary steps to recalculate the pension, within the stipulated period.
2.Mr.John Xavier, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.According to the petitioner, he worked as Assistant Manager in Weaving Department from 05.06.2009 to 02.04.2019 in NSL Textiles Limited, Edlapadu, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh and he retired from service on 20.04.2019. He is receiving a sum of Rs.2,053/- as pension from the organization from the month of March, 2019 onwards. The petitioner has submitted various representations to the respondent, requesting to provide calculation for fixing the said amount and lastly, on 03.05.2019. However, the respondent has not passed any order thereon. Hence, the petitioner has come out with the present Writ Petition.

W.P.(MD) No.20744 of 2019 5.Considering the nature of relief sought for in the Writ Petition, without deciding the issues on merits, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.05.2019 on merits and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
