ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and his wife and have peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property comprised in S.Nos. 48/1E, 53/1B, 57/15/ 57/19, 57/22, 57/10. 57/11, 72/5B, 75/2B2, 85/1A, 96/2A, 97/1B, 103/1B, 112/1A, 114/6E at Adhapadakki Post, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District based on the representation, dated 09.08.2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR No.163 of 2024 came to registered and enquiry is pending.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the third respondent is directed to issue summons to the petitioner as well the private respondents and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
