herein to conduct enquiry on the basis of the representation dated 12.07.2021 given by the petitioner for cancellation of patta No.2377 fraudulently issued by 6th respondent in favour of 7th respondent in accordance with law and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 5 herein to initiate disciplinary action against the 6th respondent for issuing fraudulent patta No.2377 in favour of 7th respondent on the basis of the unregistered, forged gift deed and without following any procedure or conducting proceedings under the Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act, 1983 and Rules framed thereunder.
