O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that with reference to the objections submitted by the petitioner regarding revision of seniority in the seniority list, he made a representation on 16.07.2012 to the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent informed the writ petitioner that certain clarifications are sought for from the 1st respondent about the fixation of seniority and on receipt of such clarifications, action will be taken to re-fix the seniority. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that subsequent representations were sent to the respondents to refix the seniority of the writ petitioner and no progress is made. Thus, the petitioner is constrained to file the present writ petition.

2. The writ petition itself was filed in the year 2013. Now seven years elapsed. Under these circumstances, the respective learned counsels also not in a position to inform the current situation. This being the factum, the writ petitioner is permitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

W.P.(MD)No.2027 of 2014 to submit a fresh representation setting out all the facts and details, if his grievance is not redressed so far. In the event of submitting any such representation, the respondents / competent authorities are bound to consider the same on merits and take a decision and pass orders in accordance with law.

3. With these observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
