This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to settle the claim as per the Fixed Deposit application forms in Fixed Deposit Account No.600314007503 and Savings Bank Account No.600301204940 as per the nomination of the original depositor, namely deceased S.Kannathal Achi i.e., mother of the petitioner. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is willing to produce documents as required by the bank to process the petitioner's request. 3.In view of the aforesaid statement, the petitioner is directed to submit all the required documents as requested by the bank, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the 2nd respondent bank shall process his request, if all documents are submitted by
him, within a period of four weeks thereafter. 4.With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
