This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondent to disburse the benefits by considering the representation dated 02.08.2019.

2.When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing on 15.10.2019 and 17.10.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today (18.10.2019) also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
