Siva Ilayaraja, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.Robinson Government Advocate(Criminal Side), for the respondent and upon perusing the letter of the Chief Judicial Magistrate (FAC),D.No.2104 of 2020 Theni dated 28/12/2020, this Court made the following order: This court directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Theni to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed in Crl.OP(MD) No.13742 of 2019 on 19.11.2019. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Theni has sought for further extension of time of six months.
