ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed under the Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, challenging the Order passed by the 2nd Respondent vide Ref: Admn/A2/4, dated 17.08.2021.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Lawrance, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submitted that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the Petitioner had died. Thus, he submitted that he did not wish to press the Writ Petition and had also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition.

Mr.J.Senthl Kumariah, learned counsel for the Respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.D.Sadiq Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader for the 3rd Respondent stated that they had no objections.

In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim Order if any stands vacated and the file is consigned to record. There shall be no order as to costs.
