: Mr.D.Sachi Kumar For R2 to R5 : No appearance COMMON JUDGMENT (Judgment of the Court was delivered by P.VELMURUGAN, J.) The first respondent in W.A.(MD)Nos.1074 and 1075 of 2015 had filed writ petitions in W.P.(MD)No.11977 and 13352 of 2015, challenging the order dated 08.07.2015 made in I.A.No.8 of 2015 in O.A.No.6 of 2015 on the file of the Joint Commissioner, HR&CE Department, Madurai. While disposing of these writ petitions, the learned Single Judge has passed the following order: "20. On the face of it, the reading of the order of the first respondent dated 08.07.2015 would show that he has passed a non-speaking order without discussing the factual aspects involved in the issue on hand. Therefore, on this ground also, the impugned order is liable to be set aside." Challenging the same, now, the respondents therein have filed these appeals in W.A.(MD)Nos.900, 901, 1074 and 1075 of 2015.

2. The order dated 08.07.2015 passed in I.A.No.8 of 2015 in O.A.No.6 of 2015 filed by the private respondents is only with regard to the conduct of Adi Ammavasai festival.

3. Since the relief sought for in the writ petitions has become infructuous, nothing survives in these writ appeals. It is left open to the parties to agitate their rights in O.A.No.6 of 2015 which is pending before the Joint Commissioner, HR&CE Department, Madurai.
