This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the third and fourth respondents not to harass the petitioner by intervening into civil dispute in the subject matter of the complaint preferred by the fifth respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2024 in accordance with law. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that the third and fourth respondents have not received any complaint either from the fifth respondent or from the petitioner, that the fifth respondent lodged a complaint before the first respondent and the 2/4

same was forwarded to the District Crime Branch, Land Grabbing, Trichy and that after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed. 3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
