Prayer in W.P.(MD) no.11111 of 2009 :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandmamus, calling for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent herein in Roc. No. A1/516/2008 (TDP.No. 18 of 2009 ) dated 13/10/2009 and quash the same and to issue consequential directions 1/4
to the 1st respondent herein to treat the period of the petitioners suspension from 14/10/2003 to 10/06/2004 as duty period with all consequential benefits. ORDER:- This Appeal coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and earlier order of this Court dated 22.08.2023 and the letter submitted by Tmt.M.R.Kannaki, M.Sc.,B.Ed., Commissioner, Disciplinary Proceedings, No.5/1B, Vinayaga Nagar, Madurai - 625 020., dated.19.02.2024 in Roc.No.261/2009/A1(TDP.18/2009), requesting further period of 6 months to dispose of the TDP Case No.18/2009 pending on its file, this Court made the following order:
By letter, dated 19.02.2024 addressed to the Registrar (Writs), the Tmt.M.R.Kannaki, M.Sc., B.Ed., Commissioner, Disciplinary Proceedings, 5/1B, Vinayaga Nagar, Madurai has requested further time of six months to dispose of the TDP Case No.18/2009.
2.Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 22.08.2023.
