Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned resolution of the third respondent Municipality dated 10.10.2014 and quash the same as illegal and invalid and consequently, direct the respondents 2 and 3 herein to convene a fair and proper meeting by issuing sufficient notice to all the ward members notifying the venue, date and time of meeting, allowing them to participate in the meeting and to exercise their right of voting in the 1/4

council meeting to move the resolutions in accordance with the provisions of the Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act, 1920. For Petitioner :
