O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Prayer in this writ petition is to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.11.2014 and lay 16 feet public road in East Western Portion of the petitioner's house situated a Puthipuram Village, Bodinayakanoour Taluk, Theni District.

2. At the outset, it is pertinent to note that laying of road etc., are all based on the administrative decision of the Government and it involves forwarding of proposal and sanctioning of funds, which all are come under the domain of the Panchayat. Unless there is any violation of the rules or the Act or any arbitrariness or illegality on the part of the respondents, this Court cannot interfere into the matter and issue any positive direction. It is for the

authority concerned to examine the petitioner's grievance and take appropriate decision. Hence, it is open to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for redressal of his grievance.

3. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
