The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the order dated 14.08.2024 passed by the second respondent and directing the first respondent to approve the Managing Committee of the Masjithus Samthiya Pallivasal in Registration No.343/2023 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2023.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4

3. Hence, permission is granted and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
