Toay, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appering for the respondents submitted that the order, dated 19.04.2022 in W.P.(MD)No.4084 of 2016 is complied with. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court has not directed to impose punishment, but, the respondents have imposed punishment.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is of the considered opinion that, it is a separate cause of action and it cannot be adjudicated in this Contempt Petition. 2/4

3. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the punishment imposed by the respondents 'for stoppage of increment of two years with cumulative effect'. 14.10.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes ksa 3/4
