ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the auction notice, dated 11.07.2025, issued by the 2nd respondent.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that, in the aforesaid auction, the petitioner's wife, namely Manimekalai, had submitted a bid and was declared the successful bidder. Pursuant to the result of the said auction, a work order has been also issued in her favour. In support of this submission, the learned Special Government Pleader has filed a copy of the communication, dated 24.07.2025, bearing reference No. fbj vz;: 24/2025/cngh/M, issued by the Assistant Executive Engineer, Water Resources Department, Aaduthurai, which reads as follows: 2/5

4. In view of the above communication, dated 24.07.2025, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
