[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.B.Prahalad Ravi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent on instruction would submit that pursuant to the order issued in the Writ Petition and the earlier Contempt Petition, notices were issued and those notices were challenged before this Court by way of Writ Petition and this Court directed the revenue officials to conduct enquiry.

3.In view of the above, while closing this Contempt petition, we direct the authorities to take earnest steps to conduct the enquiry and pass further orders.
