PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.No.118/2022/A3, dated 10.06.2022 issued 1/4

by the 1st respondent and quash the same on the ground that the same is arbitrary, illegal and without any legal basis and consequently directing the Respondents to allow the petitioner to continue the remaining 25% works and one full works in the 4th respondent panchayat as per the Tender dated 01.04.2022.
