O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the second respondent from interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the suit filed by the petitioner was dismissed and presently, the case is pending at the stage of Second Appeal in S.A.(MD) No.71 of 2021 before this Court.

3. In view of the above, it is made clear that the civil dispute between the petitioner and third respondent will be worked out in the pending proceedings and the second respondent will not interfere with the said dispute.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, M.P.(MD) No.1 of 2014 is closed.
